Enjoy these brief audio meditations. My brief message is followed by approximately 12 minutes of relaxing music. Take this time to sit back, close your eyes, relax your body, and chill.
If you would like to use this time for meditation, simply focus on your breath. When other thoughts enter your mind, as they will, gently guide your attention back to the breath.
Among the benefits of meditation are increased ability to focus, increased productivity, increased immune function, lower stress, and longer telomeres ( an indication of slowed aging).
